Project Rupert is a layered response to a compact city-facing site in Windsor. Built on a sub-300sqm lot, the home rises over four carefully crafted levels, shaped to maximise elevation and capture uninterrupted views to the Brisbane skyline.
From the street, Rupert appears as a modest two-level home, but within, the design unfolds with drama and elegance. Light materials paired with warm timber details create a soft, modern exterior, while the interiors deliver luxury at every turn. Rupert’s stepped design cleverly navigates the slope, blending bold spatial planning with refined finishes for a result that is both commanding and considered.
Lived Experience
Rupert is a home designed for flow, luxury, and outlook. Entry begins at street level with the garage and home office — a quiet, practical welcome. A short flight leads to the main living floor, where kitchen, pantry, dining, and a fireplace-framed lounge all open onto a generous deck that soaks in the city views.
